I am 66 years old a Viet Nam veteran and have lived in hell for 60 of those years! I ordered her book in the middle of the night back in early December I think, as I was extremely perplexed over my life. 2. Traumatic Event Sessions

What do I do about family members who can’t believe the change?
My hubby said “Where’s my angry wife gone?”
and my son said “Mum’s been taken away by an alien!

All my life, I have been abused. I was trained to allow abuse, so I did. Now I understand it isn’t good. I KNOW I don’t want it. I think it is gone, feels empty, almost like I vomited up three days worth of food. I really think I got it, breath moves easy now.

What do you feel now?
 
Nothing , it happened *shrug* It wasn’t right, but it is over. Yes and my body feels better thank you. That was miraculous! What is that called? It is amazing. It is most amazing. You actually did something kind of boggling. You see, I have never had clear memories of it Until tonight.
 
Note: To have a woman who was feeling such inner despair and pain of sexual abuse, do the release and then when asked “what do you feel now?” afterwards reply, “Well it happened, I think it was wrong, but that’s it, I feel nothing just blank” is purely amazing!

It goes way back. Childhood sexual abuse, and as adult, anger for not being able to express my emotions verbally, I’m shut down. Angry 4 decisions I made that I feel I should have known better, angry cause I’m physically dependent on people.
 
Laughing, finished, she felt the sadness, and was relieved and we replaced with love and she smiled when I hugged her. I’m feeling pretty good actually, like a whole lot of stuff has lifted its great, thank you. Thanks 4 your time, was very interesting, and effective. Wow. It’s interesting to watch what happens as you go into the emotion, its good, its not confronting, its gentle and you’re guidance is great. Thank you.

I’m not a person to “refuse to see” myself… but I must admit the desire to brutalize him is uncanny.
 
Now I’m still in front of the mirror…but he is gone from my image. I feel empty. Vacuum…empty space…good space of now-ness… I am ready as anybody can be. I feel as one with the inner…child. Thank you.

This is amazing!
My mind has gone quiet!!
I feel calm and relaxed. I can just sit here and close my eyes as I enjoy the silence.
Wow, that is REALLY IMPRESSIVE!

Oh My! They were wrong! After beating myself up for 30 years I’ve just realized there is nothing wrong with me after all. I can’t stop smiling.

I am astounded that I came up with that! I don’t think I could have contemplated that I felt guilty for their divorce.
I’ve been punishing myself haven’t I?

I’ve used the Sedona Method and EFT, but there is no comparison – this is a whole new level.
I didn’t for one second think that I still had such immense pain in relation to my dad.
Now all I feel is peace. Total peace!

Before I was so emotional all the time, I’d cry at the drop of a hat and couldn’t think clearly.
Wow! Now I feel calm, no emotion at all!

It felt really strange at first, but Janet showed me how to go inside and find the guilt I had stored, then pick it up and remove it. I find it amazing how accessing this guilt, told me the stories about it that I wasn’t aware of, and how it had impacted on and prevented many things in my life for 20 years, completely without my awareness.

After doing Greene’s Release things have certainly changed. All the guilt I felt, all the anguish of what could have been, and what I could have done to make life more comfortable for her is gone.

What I now carry with me is love. My mom will always be in my heart, and I now remember the great times we spent together, while beforehand it was hard to think of anything besides the broken promises, and the pain.

Even if you can remember the incident, you are doing so from your adult perspective which means that you are not privy to the child’s thoughts and feelings that are stored in the subconscious, and so you are unable to resolve it.

During a phobia release session you match the two together by using your adult mind (that is not scared) to locate and then neutralize the emotional component of the child’s memories.

This is why it is easier to dissolve phobias from an adult’s perspective. The adult has no fear of this particular item or event.

They cause more stress and dis-ease than other issues because your stress response is re-triggered strongly every single day, which damages your body.

 
 

You have to resolve relationship issues for your own welfare!

Underlying reasons for relationship conflicts

You are the sum of your past experiences. Your life is the sum of your past experiences. What else could it be? Your relationships reflect your views of yourself and of the world which causes conflict within you and the relationship.

  • Your partner may be reflecting what you don’t like about yourself – to give you the opportunity to shed this negative belief and fall in love with who you are.
  • You bring all your past relationship experiences into this one – to give you the opportunity to finish with them and be free to live love.

  • For example; if you had a painful relationship or marriage breakup, you naturally concluded (creating the core belief) that men or women cannot be trusted, that you don’t deserve love, that you aren’t loveable, that love hurts, and many more. Living that belief in this relationship causes conflict.

  • You bring your past experiences into every relationship. Therefore if you hold the belief that people don’t respect you, your partner probably won’t respect you, making you angry – to give you the opportunity to release and replace this belief with its exact opposite.

  • Being close may trigger memories of abuse, making you nervous and perhaps your partner frustrated – to give you the opportunity to overcome this abuse.

  • For example; if you were abused, you naturally concluded (creating the core belief) that the world is unsafe and a scary place, that men, women, or adults in general could not be trusted, that you were the only one you could trust and depend on, and many more. Living that belief in this relationship causes conflict.

  • You may be with the wrong person because you don’t believe you deserve better – to give you the opportunity to release and replace this belief with one where you know that you deserve then world.

Let me explain. Because a child’s role is to learn how to live as a human being, we used all that we saw, heard and experienced to create a belief system about who and what we are, the world and our place in it. These rules of life were a necessary survival mechanism.

Children use every opportunity to draw conclusions about life, so if a tired mother ignores or snaps at her child repeatedly for example, this child may conclude that “mummy doesn’t love me”, “I’m not good enough”, or “I am a bad person”, and store that as a belief to live their life by.

Our role as children was to believe everything that was said to us.

We just forgot one important thing. These beliefs were only meant to be temporary, to keep us safe until we were old enough to create our own belief system.

Today you live these beliefs. Every single negative thing you think of yourself reflects what someone else taught you to believe, therefore are someone else’s viewpoint, and NOT your own!

You may not realize, but anger has been your method of hiding your hurt and pain. It has been your way of being strong instead of weak and emotional. Anger feeds adrenaline which makes it harder to realize and take the first step to end it. But you need to take a stand against anger!

Some of the strongest anger responses I have personally witnessed during release sessions have come from people who were physically, sexually or emotionally abused as children, or who were abandoned or adopted. But I have also seen deep resentment and anger as a result of a teacher’s public chastising. Yet most of these people had absolutely no idea that they were holding onto any anger about the event at all because it was hidden behind their repressed shock and hurt emotions.
